Return & Exchange Policy

At MattsPokeMart, we strive to provide high-quality products and services to our customers. However, please note that all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances, except as outlined below.

 

1. No Returns or Refunds

 

Once a purchase is made, it is considered final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect purchases

  • Dissatisfaction with the product or service

  • Errors in order quantity or selection

 

2. Exceptions

 

In certain situations, we may consider exceptions to our No Refund/Return Policy, which may include:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If the product you received is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item. We may offer a replacement or store credit, at our discretion, subject to verification of the issue.

  • Incorrect Items: If we mistakenly ship an incorrect item, we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost. In such cases, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the incorrect item.

3. Shipping Costs

 

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund or credit for any reason, shipping fees will not be reimbursed.
